Guaranteed RAM
What is Guaranteed RAM? How is it different than regular RAM and where could you find it?
RAM, that stands for Random Access Memory, is a computer storage media which may be accessed noticeably faster than a hard drive, because the info can be read randomly, skipping the bytes before the needed data is reached. On a web server, the RAM is used to load scripts and web apps once they are executed, so the more RAM you are able to use, the more applications you'll be able to run simultaneously and the more people will be able to browse your websites without any effect on the site’s/server’s general performance. Different from a disk drive, however, the RAM is employed for non permanent storage purposes, as the information is lost when the power is shut off. If you use a shared web hosting account, the physical memory that your scripts can use may be limited and might change based on what the other customers on the same web server use. With a virtual or a dedicated hosting server, however, you will have a set amount of RAM that won't be used by anyone else even when you do not use it at a particular time.

Guaranteed RAM in VPS Web Hosting
All our
virtual private server packages include a set amount of RAM. To paraphrase, even if you use just a small fraction of the system resources your package offers, we shall never assign the free resources to some other VPS account on the exact same physical hosting server. Because we create only several virtual servers on a physical one, the latter shall always have sufficient free memory to ensure the adequate performance of all VPS accounts even when their RAM allocation is upgraded substantially at some time. When you also decide to upgrade your package deal or to keep the latest one and to add only more memory, the new amount shall also be reserved exclusively for your account. Thus, we make certain that your Internet sites will perform correctly constantly whatever the other VPS accounts are using.

Guaranteed RAM in Dedicated Servers Hosting
The amount of RAM included with every
dedicated server which we offer is large enough even for really resource-demanding web apps. The memory will be available for your websites and all other software which you install on the web server at all times, so even if at some point you use just a fraction of the resources that you have, we shall never alter the hardware configuration you have ordered. All the components are tested before the server is built, including the RAM sticks, to ensure that you will get a flawlessly operating server that will guarantee the best possible overall performance for your sites. The amount of physical memory you have will be listed with the full web server configuration specifications in your billing CP.
